Steering meeting

Business & IT alignement. Evaluate the project's timeline. Establish an action plan. Review and approve the business needs (new use cases & change requests). Discuss and align on next steps and future priorities. Discuss and resolve any outstanding issues or challenges. Ensure everyone is on the same page with regards to the project's goals, objectives, and timeline.

Kick-off

A kick-off meeting is an important step in the launch of a new project. At IS Pillar, we use this meeting to establish a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the project, as well as to define the roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders involved. During the kick-off meeting, we also review the planning decision log and backlog to ensure that all relevant information has been captured.

Solution Deployment: The solution is deployed to the production environment and made available to the users. Solution Validation: The solution is tested and validated against the defined acceptance criteria. The stakeholders provide feedback and sign off on the solution. Throughout the Implementation phase, the project team continues to work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that the solution is aligned with the business requirements and that the results are delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
